Payment is by credit card only. The last day to pay is February 15, 2025.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Last day to cancel registration is February 15, 2025 Cancellation Fee is $167.50 until March 1st. No refund after March 11th. A written request must be sent to Lady LeChelle Mabry, Area V Financial Secretary at areavfinancialsecretary@gmail.com
A refund of conference registration fees will paid if cancelled by March 1st, less $15.00 convenience fee.
